Program Topic:  Building Engagement with Virtual Teams
This past year has brought about new challenges that make it essential for companies to be agile. A new form of teamwork has emerged and the traditional team environment has been altered. As HR professionals, we can help build engagement in this new virtual environment. During our time we’ll examine the 5 Success Factors to leading virtual teams:

  1. Connection
  2. Confidence
  3. Communication
  4. Collaboration
  5. Commitment

These success factors will help us understand what common mistakes to avoid and how to foster a fully engaged, high performing team environment.
