Speaker & Bio: Sarah Franks - VP of Marketing and Operations, Master Trainer, Dale Carnegie
Sarah is the Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Dale Carnegie Training of the Mid-South, offered by Howard, Mohorn, and Associates LLC. Dale Carnegie Mid-South includes all of Arkansas, west Tennessee, north Mississippi, south Missouri, and parts of Oklahoma and Texas. Sarah is a certified Dale Carnegie Master Trainer. Her responsibilities in that role are to train new trainers, recertify current trainers, and trainer quality. She has been acknowledged by Dale Carnegie and Associates as being in the top 10 trainers in North America for the past several years. (There are approximately 2,700 trainers worldwide.) Mrs. Franks works directly with several key client organizations, addressing critical training and coaching needs in the area of customer service, people skills, team-member engagement, public speaking, and leadership.
