Daveante Jones is a labor and employment attorney at Wright Lindsey Jennings who represents employers and professionals in a variety of employment matters. His areas of practice include discrimination, minimum wage and overtime, employee leave, employment contracts, severance agreements, covenants not to compete, and unemployment claims and investigations. He frequently speaks and writes on the emerging topic of surveillance and other tech issues in the workplace. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, Southern Arkansas University’s Honors College and Ashdown High School. If he looks familiar, it may be because you have seen him in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s recent marketing campaign and television commercials highlighting scholarship recipients.

Gregory J. Northen is an attorney in Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon & Galchus, P.C.’s Little Rock office. He practices primarily in labor and employment, wage and hour, public housing matters, and civil and business litigation. Greg's experience includes practicing before federal and state courts in Arkansas, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and various federal and state agencies. Greg serves as District Representative for AR and OK to the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division Council and also sits on the ABA YLD's Labor & Employment Committee. He is a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association, American Health Law Association and is the 2017-2018 Chair of the Central Council of the Associated Builders and Contractors of AR. Greg has been named a "Rising Star" by Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2014.  He is a graduate of Harding University and the University of Arkansas School of Law, cum laude. 

H. Wayne Young is a partner at Friday, Eldredge & Clark and a member of the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. He was named the 2017 Russell Gunter Legislative Advocacy Award Recipient by the Arkansas SHRM. The award recognizes outstanding contributions of time and effort in local, state or federal legislative advocacy on behalf of the Human Resources profession. He has also been named in The Best Lawyers in America publication annually since 2015, and has been listed as a Rising Star in the Mid-South by Super Lawyers magazine annually since 2013. He graduated summa cum laude from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville and attended law school at the William H. Bowen School of Law at UALR where he was a Bowen Scholar and won the Bogle-Sharpe Award for Most Likely to Succeed in the Practice of Law in 2003.
