Dan Herrington is a partner in the Labor and Employment Litigation Section of Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Mangement from Arkansas State University. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. His practice is focused on representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including ADA, FMLA, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, drug testing, privacy, wrongful discharge, trade secret and covenant not to compete litigation, OSHA, and NLRA. His practice includes not only representation of employers before courts, arbitrators, and administrative bodies, but also working closely with clients to ensure compliance with all employment laws. He has successfully argued before the Arkansas Supreme Court as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
