Matthew D. Wells, J.D. of the Davidson Law Firm in Little Rock is a Firm member focused on multifaceted corporate and commercial litigation and transactional work, including commercial construction, real estate development, appellate practice, business associations, contracts, banking and finance, employment law, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy from May 2003 to current date. Matthew is also an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching Commercial Construction to 2-L and 3-L law students since 2006. He has compiled and edited case books for the class.
