PROGRAM TOPIC:  Field Presence Leadership

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:  Have you ever wondered why some people are able to Get Off the Bench and Get In the Game with greater success than others? How is it that they can Look the Part so convincingly that you just know they Know What they Are Doing? Wes Booker has made a career studying these things in sports and in the workplace. In this session, Wes will share what it takes to excel and Be A Champion!

SPEAKER:  Wes Booker, Owner of Wes Booker Insurance Agency



SPEAKER BIO:
Wes Booker, age 45, from White Hall, Arkansas is married with four children. He graduated from White Hall High School. After college, he moved back to White Hall to pursue his career and give back to the community. He serves on many board positions and volunteers his time wherever needed. He is currently the owner and CEO of Wes Booker Insurance Agency. Before opening his own business in 2010, he worked for Farm Bureau Insurance Agency as an agent. The customer service field is his passion and he enjoys helping others with their financial needs. In addition to owning his own company, he is a football referee for the Southeastern Conference. He started refereeing at the junior and senior high level while in college and has gradually worked his way up. He has have been fortunate enough to work several bowl games on top of his regular season schedule. He loves the game of football and uses the opportunity to mentor and teach the ones who are trying to pursue a career in football refereeing as well.

The Central Arkansas Human Resource Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
