Founded in 1951, the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association (CAHRA) is the oldest and largest
association of HR professionals in Central Arkansas and is the only one nationally affiliated to the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Representing more than 300 members, CAHRA provides education and networking opportunities to area HR professionals.
